Philosophy
To provide excellent representation for my clients in the
sale or purchase of their home.
Here's where most real estate agents insert the cliches...top producer, million dollar club and president's circle. Nothing's wrong with these accolades, but what you have to understand about me is that my approach is different. It's about how my marketing, negotiating and expertise will leave you feeling completely satisfied with your real estate transaction. After all, isn't that what you're interested in?
It's the marketing, negotiating, service and experience that you should be concerned about. And I believe what I have to offer is far beyond the competition. My technical savvy and top negotiating skills leave other agents in the dust.
I go the distance to best represent you. In the past that has meant meeting with a seller and their agent and negotiating until midnight in the conference room to come to terms. This wasn't just for kicks...it was to avoid a multiple offer situation which would not have been in the best interest of the buyer I was representing. In addition to the personal efforts I put forth in negotiating, when representing a seller, I utilize far more than a dozen different marketing vehicles to showcase your home. My background in graphics and journalism gives me an edge over the competition. I get to the heart of the matter...what are the characteristics that will most entice buyers to your property? I know how to alert more qualified buyers about the availability of your property in a shorter amount of time than the competition. To start out, your house is on six different web sites, all of the area's top agents who bring buyers to your neighborhood are notified by me, and Coldwell Banker's $1.4 Million in advertising in San Diego goes to work. I don't rest until I have used every tool available to market your home. I literally utilize every tool in the toolbox to get your home sold.
OK, so you've read a bit about how I approach my job and the unique marketing I employ, but what about me? To start with, I like to get up early and stay up late. I think that's a lyric in a song, but it's true. I completed to Rock 'N Roll Marathon ('04) in San Diego, and plan to do one every year for as long as my body can withstand it. I enjoy spending time with my brothers and parents in Orange County. I also love to cook. I read cookbooks like nobody's business. There's a bit of 'ole fashioned pride in me, and I don't believe in doing a job halfway. It's all or nothing with me. My attitude to life is to always try my hardest and constantly seek new challenges, but beyond that, no matter what I do, I try to remember to see the humor and optimism in each day.
I know there are dozens and maybe hundreds of realtors out there competing for the same piece of the pie. It seems everyone knows someone who is a realtor. Did you know that one in 94 people in California are licensed to sell real estate? And that it literally takes more state-certified training hours to get a cosmetology license than a real estate license! What does mean to you? Well, I want you to know that this isn't something I dabble in, or do on the side. I'm a full-time professional with experience, a great track record, a defined marketing plan and exceptional negotiating skills. I wouldn't expect anything less from the person I was seeking to guide me through the sale or purchase of such a tremendous asset, and neither should you.
If you're considering buying or selling in San Diego, I want you to know that I'll work just as hard for you as I'd hope for someone to work for me.
